The Birthday Bonus is a tier-based reward credited once per calendar year on the registered member's date of birth. Tier eligibility is based on cumulative lifetime deposit activity and is reviewed monthly. The applicable bonus amounts are: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; VIP — MYR 2,688. The Refer a Friend programme awards MYR 38 to both the referring member and the newly referred member upon successful account registration, first deposit, and completion of first qualifying wager by the referred party. A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement of an event beyond a specified threshold, abandonment, data feed errors, or where the bet was accepted in error. Voided bets are returned to the member's account balance at the original stake amount.
In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. Live bets are subject to delays in acceptance due to the nature of real-time data processing. kenzo188 is not responsible for delays caused by the member's own internet connection or device. All live betting decisions are final once a bet reference number is issued.
